Psychological assessment

Our personal assessments yield reliable, wide-ranging and detailed information on the personality, behaviour and work style of jobseekers. Thus, we obtain a more comprehensive picture of individual suitability for a position than a mere interview can provide. We conduct psychological assessments either as part of our recruitment process or as a separate service, and mainly on candidates reaching the final stage of recruitment. Assessments may also be used for in-service personnel development.

Our methods include interviews with a psychologist, ability tests, assessments of work style and personality, exercises involving the use of materials, questionnaires, and various job-related group exercises, work situation simulations and other relevant processes. Our psychologists will also assess candidates as necessary for managerial and supervisory skills, sales ability or any other required specialist skills. We ensure the reliability of findings by simultaneously applying more than one psychological assessment method.

The client will receive a written report and oral feedback from all assessments, together with selection recommendations. Candidates will receive the same written report and oral feedback where required.
